TURN KEY BUSINESS PACKAGE Complete Screen Printing and Embroidery business. Screen Printing equipment includes a Printa 770 4/4 press with the onboard exposure unit and flash cure unit, one additional flash cure unit with stand and onboard screen rack that will hold up to eight screens, Workhorse conveyor drier (220 volt) with a 26” x 96” belt. Complete athletic numbering systems for 4”, 6” and 8” numbers, Jacket hold-down clamp, several additional platens, Tekmar TG125 spot cleaning gun, 32ea 19”x32” aluminum frames. We have a large assortment of plastisol inks and 29 squeegees. Also included is a Stahls Hottronix Heat Press (17”x17”, 115V) with roll-a-round cart and an assortment of press pillows.

For the embroidery requirements there is a Melco AMAYA XT 2006 model with a collection of 16 hoops, two Hooptech clamps and a Hoopmaster for consistency with hooping garments. Color needs are met with aprox 600 spools of poly thread. There is a complete Madeira Poly Neon collection an ARC poly collection as well as a metallic collection. We run Design Shop Pro Plus with AMAYA OS Version 7.00.055 with the Flex option for adding multiple machines to the production line. A complete current Dakota Collections design package is also included.

For artwork requirements we will include a Dell Computer with LCD monitor Corel X3 with Smart Designer plug-in (four clipart groups) and hundreds of font files. There is an HP 3 in 1 laserjet printer (needs some help) and a HP deskjet.

Furniture will include an oak corner desk with matching file cabinet, a four drawer HON file cabinet full of product catalogs, a Stack On work station (23”x54”x61”) that has a work bench with two drawers and some shelves with a peg board back. For hooping garments and folding with have an oak table and small cabinet with three drawers. There are two sets of shelves that we store inks and thinks on. We have four hanging racks, one grid wall rack and a custom neon “OPEN” sign. There is also a cash register and quite a collection of samples, catalogs and contacts as well. We have some inventory that will be included as well like caps, fleece, t shirts, button down shirts and other misc items.

This is a collection that can get you up and going with very little additional needs. We have invested a lot into this and it has had great rewards and return for us. All of this is being offered for $40,000 or best reasonable offer. I can crate it up for shipment or one could bring a trailer and come load it up (we are located in Southern Oregon). We would like to sell it as a complete package but will consider splitting the Screen Printing equipment and Embroidery stuff with the right offer.
