Complete Screenprinting Set-up
This set-up has only been in use since November 2006.
1 E-Z TECH Six-Color Four-Station Textile Printer with durable steel and cast machined aluminum heads and printer arms and steel stand with powder coating to resist rust and chemical erosion.
1 E-Z TECH Flash Dryer comes with its own stand and operates on 110 volts 17 amps of electricity. It is powder coated to resist rust and chemical erosion and includes a three year warranty on the heating element. A flash dryer is essential to the drying process for the type of ink (plastisol) that you need to do a professional job. When the ink is dried properly (one minute at four inches away) this ink will not wash out like iron on or heat transfers.
1 EZ TECH Conveyor dryer is 8' long with a 24" wide belt. It is small but powerful; inside it has two 12"x 24" heat panels number one in the screen print industry. Each panel is 2400 watts of heat and operates on 220 volts. There is a separate control for each heat panel and a variable speed control on the motor. The body is powder coated to resist rust and chemical erosion.
A conveyor dryer is used to speed up you t-shirt production; it comes in handy with those 500 t-shirt orders you have to get done by the next day
1 EXPOSURE UNIT Expose fine crisp images in less then half the time of a 500 watt halogen light exposure stand using our 20x24” Automated UV Exposure Unit. This unit will expose dual cure diazo emulsions in around 5 and a half minutes and gives you the ability to do much finer detail then simpler exposure units. The automated timer gives you the peace of mind to be able to step out of the room during exposure and not have to worry about over exposing your screen. The time automatically shuts off after the specified exposure time you input. Save time which in tern makes you money by using this exposure unit.

35 gallon American made screen printing dip tank system cleans INK AND EMULSION from your screens in one simple step! Reclaim screens in 3 to 4 minutes with this tank and our innovative FRANMAR One Step Clear concentrate. Just put up to 6 screens into this strong 3/8" thick polypropylene welded dip tank filled with our One Step Clear solution & water. After 3 or 4 minutes just take your screens out and spray them off top to bottom. No odor! The tank overall size is 10" X 27" X 35" . A Lid, adjustable screen hold down, and spigot for draining are included in this innovative cleaning system. Still boxed.

These items are listed as pick-up only. They cost about $600 collectively to ship to me, so I am sure that is what the rate would be like, or more. The items were shipped to me in pieces as well- now they are put together and in working order. This is a great set-up for starting your own business!!
