Someone in Texas needs to pick this up. Great guy. Great buy. I am still considering it and others but I am in Cali so the logistics are tough.

Cotton is a great guy that would do what is needed to make a sale that is right for both buyer and seller. I have no doubt about that. If it is meant to be it will work itself out.
