Hi I have a Meistergram 12 needle compact machine the stitching quality is great.But as for it being reliable I can't say I.have had no problems as of yet, I have only had it for 4 months, I also have a Brother 416a which is 10yrs. old and no problems ever. But looking for a machine look for service and how close they are to you and your business.
