Contract Artwork services

We are looking to bring on a very experience graphic designer. She has several years of experience in design for a screenprinting/embroidery company and we’re thinking of adding her to our current staff of 2. However, in order to secure the additional business for this we’re looking for outside companies who may need contracted artwork services. I know there are several resources out there for artwork recreation, but I always had a bit of difficulty finding one that was quick and reasonable for apparel.

If you guys, or anyone you know may be in the need for a quick, talented designer really geared towards t-shirts, I would love to discuss what we could provide to you.
