Default Control panel face plate

Hi! I'm trying to gather all the info to start a control panel face plate (see picture) business, I need help with chosing equipments, materials and processing. The face plate need to have the clear window for LED and LCD reading, it also need to embosing for the dome buttons. Here are some of the info I got so far:

Step 1-Reverse print/cut (print from the inside with Roland VersaCAMM SP30) on hardcoat polyester clear (10 mil) Does any software support this process?
Step 2-Embosing the dome buttons with heatstaking ( Does embossing ruin the ink? I plan to use Roland VersaCAMM SP-30
Step 3 Apply adhesive ( I plane to die cut the face plate the apply adhesive, any thought?)

All your helps are greatly appreciated. If you in this business please email ( [email address] )me to guide me through, When I start this business I promise to have a bigggggg gift for you.

That's the wrong ink for this application.
You need to have lifecycle tests for millions of operations and I think your ink will not survive!
