Seeking customer service representative with experience in processing orders from the point of receiving to shipping. This encompasses validating all information of an order is correct, follow up with layout for approvals, scheduling with production, clarifying all shipping is correct and shipping orders.
Positive attitude while working with customers is a must.
Do not apply unless you have experience in the field of promotional products OR apparel decorating.
Full Time position M-F 9a-5p.
