DAHLE 585 Guillotine Paper Cutter,43-1/4" works good but will need a new Plexi plastic piece which you can purchase a piece of plexiglass and cut your own pretty cheap or use as is. Foam in clamp area needs to be changed eventually, holds fine but towards long side a tad loose, another cheap fix. Other than that everything works good on it and great for cutting small stacks of fine art paper or cutting mat boards.
Blade is self sharpening and cut great.
