We’re seeking a Decorative Services Lead for our Lithia Springs, GA Distribution Center:
Join us at our busy warehouse, located about 20 minutes outside Atlanta. As our Decorative Services Lead, you'll provide skilled “on-the-floor” leadership in the specific areas of decorative services operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Achieves maximum production efficiency on all scheduled machines; monitors daily throughput and downtime.
•Assigns staff assignments to complete all embroidery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, ensuring all production employees are properly trained to identify products for rejection, rework, and all customers receive products that meet or exceed standards and expectations.
•Issues written and oral instructions to expedite workflow of embroidery orders.

Required Skills
•Must possess the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
•Knowledge of Microsoft software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
•Garment Hooping and Heat Press experience required.
•Organized, a self starter, and an inspirational leader of your team.
•Knowledge of the digitizing process; artwork creation and Design Shop software.

Physical demands needed to successfully perform the position include the ability to:
• Walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Use hands/arms to reach for and handle merchandise and materials.
• Sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Regularly lift, push and/or pull up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds; and infrequently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

Your Work Environment:
• You’ll experience moderate noise levels from the distribution center’s mechanical and computer equipment.
• You’ll often work near moving mechanical parts and will occasionally work from places high above the ground.
• You’ll be working in an environment with high temperatures (and occasionally cold temperatures.)



Shift Information:
• Must be available to work between 6:00am and 7:00pm, daily.

• Must be able to work alternating Saturdays.


Required Experience
•Must be 18 or over.
•Embroidery machine operation and maintenance experience required.
•High School Diploma or Equivalent, with combined experienced.
•Previous embroidery supervisory experience is a plus.
