Lightbulb Digitizer Challenge

I'm an embroiderer like many others that use an outside digitizer. As an embroiderer we all know that the quality of embroidery is really only as good as the digitized file. So I've created a TEST file and welcome any digitizer who would like to take the TEST to email me so I can email you the file. It's not complicated, just allows me to compare apples with apples. I will let this sit for 2 weeks and then publish my findings along with pics for other embroiderers to see. I did this 4 years ago to 4 different digitizers and got back 4 completely different sewouts, I then chose my digitizer and have been doing business with him ever since. I can say I spend at least $25,000 a year with him. Now if the potential for an additional $25,000 a year is enticing to you I welcome you to take the challenge. By no means am I going to drop my current digitizer, however there are times he is too busy to turn things around quickly and for that it would be nice to have a solid plan B. Even though I might not use the "winner" full time I can bet that many embroiderers seeing the post will give you some business. I will not pay for any files submitted, this is a voluntary participation to possibly get more business. I welcome anyone that is interested. I will only give my personal opinion for the sewouts and post all pics and let every embroiderer judge for themselves. So if you are good let the digitizing do the talking..... Cause it's not about price it's about quality.

thats it finaly. Very best regards to the menager of this challange.
I am Nik, and you may check about my work in here :
http://www.digitsmith.com/attachment...3?d=1270682163
and see the corresponding disign by this:
http://www.digitsmith.com/attachment...7?d=1270682204

I could talk a lot about my and about other's work, but its not what I will.
Now I see that I did mistake with "customer's" will about satin stitching on the "S"
.. hm, I did the "E".. Curious to miself why i couldnt translate that clear english..
Blending effect is something that i do not sugest, thats why i even didnt try it.

Here I am attaching the corresponding email of mine that was sent along with the job done:

I did this with size of less than 8 cm. Couldnt understand what " File will open to size " means. So, I guessed I should choose some proper size for that test job.
If it should be diffetent size, more than 10 cm or less than 5 cm, some other style of digitizing could be applyied.
If this is real job I would find time to sew out, but this time I will not. Some editions (density exchange or something to be moved aside to be more perfect looking) may needed be done, but I usualy do final editions after the customer sew it out for his own and let me see the real sample.

So finaly - eventual pricing for such a job that I will ask is 10 USD. (means the size I did here)

DST is available in the zip file, and also for those that want to see in details my work (If someone understand what I mean), I am attaching the design file. Its EMB file and you should use recent Wilcom or recent Truesizer : http://www.wilcom.com.au/PRODUCTS.aspx/TrueSizer.aspx

To the menager of this challange, Fattyonamoped, I am offering 1 month service for no money. He (or she) should decide when to start using this "for free" option of mine.
This is because of his (her) very hard work to set this challange up for all participants and finaly for all others. Thanks Fattyonamoped!
Good luck to anybody!

p.s.
I had problem with opening the test.PDF file for extract of the image. Neither Corel14 or other soft of mine could help me open it. I did a capture.. Why so? Can someone explane?

==> ah ! we have the same opinion !

However I like your sew out sample too though the " E " goes in satin stitches ~~~

Thanks Nik and everyone else... I will take you up on the offer and hope some other people do as well. I'm sorry I was really bogged down with work and being such a small shop it was hard for me to really reply to everyone. I wanted to get into more detail with all the designs and digitizers but fell short on time. Thanks again to everyone. Please check out other thread, alot of people there as well.
