Broke down and bought a copy at full price. About half way through and somewhat disappointed with the lack of hard digitizing information (stuff about creativity and business sense doesn't fall under digitizing for me). I'm sure there's someone else who'll buy it though.

There is a lot of information in the front that makes no sense. The back part will yield good fruit. The basics on creating good lettering is worth the price. Also the underlay explanations will make a lot of sense to you. Good book and well worth the read. Make lots of notes in a easy to get to notebook and it will come together for you.
