Hi, sorry but your level 1 is not geared towards quality lettering... this is from me just reading their info on level 1 on their HOME PAGE! I just googled "embrilliance stitch artist" and it states satin is not their forte?
That being said, if you have the ability to shorten the underlay stitch that would take care of the random runs you are getting. for the S and P problems I would suggest doing those letters by themselves and see if that works better? then hopefully they have the ability to merge those letters into the others with a shortened underlay stitch? then your design would sew ok. hope this makes sense?
