We are located in here in Seattle and do all of our designs here. We do not outsource when we are busy so that we can make sure that our quality and care stays the same.
I personally have been digitizing since 1995. Before branching out on my own in 2003, I worked at a digitizing company and then an embroidery production company that was running 24 hours a day. So, I have experienced all the aspects necessary in understanding the best way to digitize to get the best quality yet getting the best production times.
