Digitizing Software- Any pointers

I have recently started working with the Ricoma RCM-1201PT and the software as well. I am having a hard time with the designs in the software and I am looking for any advice on how to navigate through it and produce quality designs. I will be happy to listen to any advice or any link to written material.

if you're trying to "auto digitize" a logo, you're never going to get quality results with that. I taught myself by watching some youtube videos and editing existing files. and test sewing to see what happens when you you preform X and you get Y results.

the programs are basically all the same, they'll give you the basics and you can apply that to your specific program's functions.
