Default Digitizing Software-Basic needs

What digitizing software would you suggest for reading stitch count and basic resizing and edits. I out source my digitizing and I have really no use for a high dollar digitizing software. I had a copy of Wilcom that came with a package I purchased but is not working.

if you have wilcom, i believe that's the best software. would it be possible to get it working?
if not...embird is pretty inexpensive. wilcom also has true sizer that works for resizing and reading stitch count etc. it doesn't all for much editing tho.

you basically need to figure out how to get what you have working and you will be fine. Wilcom is the best. Most likely you have DecoStudio Lite. If you get that working (make sure you have your dongle plugged in at all times). You have more than you need then. Secondary option go to the wilcom website and get truesizer.

I have poked around in Wilcom e2 just long enough to see there is a bit of a learning curve to it.
And what tutorials you find on youtube are all in a non english language.

Wilcom Hatch on the other hand has way more videos to learn from.
