If you contact one of the local embroidery supply stores or even a sales rep for one of the embroidery machine manufacturers they should be able to give you some guidance. I would try to call the developer of your software first. That way you get the training in what you are going to use rather than just blanket digitizing training and then having to translate what you learned into your program.

Contacting the Software company would be more logical. They would have either traning sessions of their own OR would definately know who does the teching for their software.

For a book worth looking into check out Digitizing 101 by Thomas L. Moore, Jr. Also go to ask.com and type in digitizing. They have a number of resouces listed that might help you.

Yes, it is best to contact the software company because they have training sessions that is very very useful, especially for beginners.

Or you can simply read the manual book, although it will take longer time to understand.

I myself learn digitizing from my dad.. hehe

Try Leslie Richardson. She is located in Florida and teaches digitizing. Her website is madmumbler.com or google madmumbler to find more info.

I have not taken any of her classes because I do not live in Florida, but I have used her tutorial.
