Do you feel that you started an embroidery business and spent too much, too soon, before you tested your idea and market? With so many preowned machines for sale I am thinking most are not because people are moving up but are moving out of the business instead. At the shows I see people caught up in the excitement and buying a machine, and then digitizing software and then quite a few stock designs.... when you got them home did you then say: "Ok, now what??"

Yea I would agree and what is to much and would you know? You want to get enough to make a good business but yet not to much. And how do you really get going big?
