Default Do you think you bought too much too soon?

Do you feel that you started an embroidery business and spent too much, too soon, before you tested your idea and market? With so many preowned machines for sale I am thinking most are not because people are moving up but are moving out of the business instead. At the shows I see people caught up in the excitement and buying a machine, and then digitizing software and then quite a few stock designs.... when you got them home did you then say: "Ok, now what??"

Yea I would agree and what is to much and would you know? You want to get enough to make a good business but yet not to much. And how do you really get going big?
