Default does it take a dark room to use capillar film?

i wsa looking at the presses advertised on this site, and called the number. I was pretty impressed with the screen exposure built in which uses capillar films, the guy told me it does not require a yellow light or dark room to use? When I read the PDF file on the film in clearly stated that it needed such a dark room to properly expose screens. Does anyone know for sure what the real deal is?

Yes you have to apply it in a dark room until it is time to expose it.
