Dye Sublimation Zippo Source

Hi everyone,
I am looking for dye sublimation acceptable zippo boxes and lighters. Does anyone know of a good cheep source / website that ships zippos and or other supplies from within the USA? Ideally the source would be near Philadelphia so I could pick up the products instead of paying for shipping, but really anywhere in the US would be helpful, the only place i found is in London.
