Default .eds files

Hi, I expanded my compnay to include embroidery and I am getting a lot of embroidery files from my clients with the extention .eds. How do I open these or change them to a .dst file?

I did a search on EDS files and it says they are image files and to try to open them with Notepad or some other text editor program. It will have to be converted to dst files for your embroidery machine to sew them. If you send me the file, I will try to open it for you.

EDS is a Melco extention.
