5.11 is currently seeking an Embroidery Customer Service Representative for our Custom Shop Headquarters in Modesto.

Requirements include: 10 key by touch, exceptional phone skills, 2 years previous customer service experience in a high volume call center environment, intermediate computer skills, strong work ethic, problem solving skills, knowledge of embroidery and screenprint terminology, strong communication skills, verbally and written, and the ability to make a customer happy. AS400 experience is a plus.

We have a strong preference for candidates that have prior experience working in an embroidery and/or screenprinting facility in a customer service capacity. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Typical responsibilities include:
 Taking orders via phone, fax, and email
 Interacting in a timely manner to customers, vendors, and sales representatives
 Obtaining logo approvals
 Setting up design requests and booking orders
 Price quoting
 Issuing Return Authorizations and Credits
