Embroidary

I am new to this business am learning everyday. I have a question and hope can get some good input. Most of my job that I have been doing since started have been the 100percent polyester, moisture wicking, dry fit polo shirts. Most of my customers are using this type polo shirt. The problem I am having is when I sew the logo sometimes it wrinkles on part of the logo and don't know what is causing this. I have a highland machine and have been using the thread that the Mesa company sales. Can anyone help with this proble. Thank you

Hi James... if the designs are only wrinkling on parts then that would probably mean your backing and hooping are correct and digitizing could be the issue. If you send an image of your sewout to your digitizer then they should be able to see the issue and modify the design accordingly. If you have an in house digitizer then post an image here and I am sure the on line digitizers can point out what to change.
