Default Embroiderer slowly growing in the industry

Hello everyone, my name is Chris and I just bought my first commercial embroidery machine, an Inbro IB-RSC1201 and am anticipating I will have a LOT of questions about it. I am a sewing machine repairman by trade, so I have already got to work ripping this machine apart for maintenance and to cure some of its ailments. I have a side business on Etsy making embroidered patches, so I can't wait to start ripping them out on this machine, especially since my previous machine was a single-color domestic Pfaff Creative.

I joined today because I also dabble in other areas like HTV and screen printing, so this forum would be an excellent resource for me.
