Our Embroidery Assistant accurately processes customer orders requiring embroidery. Join us at our busy Distribution Center, located about 20 minutes outside Atlanta. You'll keep our operations running smoothly by participating in embroidery department processes including order check in, quality control inspections, thread trimming, folding and bagging of goods for final shipment to customers. Our perfect fit opportunities include an extensive hiring process comprised of an online assessment, phone interview, general skills assessment, and background check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Organizes and distributes incoming embroidery orders.
•Compares items picked with customer's order and production requirements to ensure accuracy.
•Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or production requirements.
•Follows standards and methods for inspection of garments prior to embroidery machine processing.
•Trims thread and backing from goods following post production of embroidery.
•Conducts quality inspection post production to ensure accurate design work was completed prior to shipment.
•Folds and bags embroidered goods for distribution to packing team.

Required Skills
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or drawn form.
Required Experience •Must be 18 or over.
•High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical demands needed to successfully perform the position include the ability to:
• Walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Use hands/arms to reach for and handle merchandise and materials.
• Sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Regularly lift, push and/or pull up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds; and infrequently lift, push and/or pull up to 40 pounds.

Your Work Environment:
• You’ll experience loud noise levels from the distribution center’s mechanical and computer equipment.
• You’ll often work near moving mechanical parts.
• You’ll be working in an environment with high temperatures (and occasionally cold temperatures.)

Shift Information:

Must be able to work any shift between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm daily (alternating Saturdays are required) and overtime as needed.
