Embroidery Machine Operator and Digitizer

PTE Golf has been in business for 15 years providing a variety of logoed products to Golf Courses across the country. We do all embroidery, vinyl, etc in house on demand for each client.

Description of role:
The position is responsible for handling all orders that are completed from the Account Managers and making sure they are logoed correctly and shipped out in a timely manner. Blank products are needing embroidered logos, and other finished products must be packaged correctly and then shipped out.

Tasks:

Manage a multi-head embroidery machine
Digitize new logo designs
Edit current logos in Wilcom Embroidery Suite
Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log
Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately
Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping
Manage a production schedule to ensure all orders go out in the correct order
Maintain a clean work environment and office space

Skills and requirements:

Applicant must be knowledgeable with running a commercial multi-head embroidery machine. A variety of products are sewn such as Table Covers, Apparel, and multi hoop logos.
Knowledge of Wilcom Embroidery Studio for digitizing is a huge plus. We can outsource DST files but prefer to edit them in house. We are looking for someone already familiar with Wilcom. Willing to train further.
2 years experience with multi head machine embroidery
Able to be self reliant and organize invoices in the order that they need to be fulfilled based on sew times and in hand dates.
Attention to Detail Required

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch or 8:00am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
Salary:
$13-$15 / Hour
