Embroidery & Patch Making Business

I have an embroidery and patch making business for sale. I have a 6-head Barudan (2006), two Merrow machines (one machine is new), a heavy-duty embossing (heat press) machine and a laser cutter in my business. I have lots of embroidery thread, backing, and poly-cotton twill and backing that is used to make the patches. i make custom blank patches according to the cusomter's specifications. I also make embroidered patches.
I have a website, www.starbrightcreations.com that explains the blank patches. I have different shapes listed but I also make custom shapes. I am asking $50,000 for the entire business. I will train for two weeks.
I also have many hoops as well as magnetic hoops and a Hoopmaster hooping system.
