Default Embroidery -Puckering help needed.

I’m out of ideas on this one.
I have reached out to a few companies but no recommendation has worked.
This is a woven type fabric.

Machine is Barudan 4-head BENY

Things done so far
- needles 75 and 80
- backing paper - tear away, cut-away - doubled up/quadrupled up.
- use speciality backing from Gunold - ActionBack
- used magnetic hoop and also regular hoop
- loosened tension on thread

I welcome any suggestions.

Thr digitizing has zigzag underlay, followed by edge. If i remove the zizag, there is definitely less puckering.

looks more likely to be digitizing issue.

most likely the digitizing. split satins/turn fills don't work well done small on flimsy fabric. too many stitches on the inside corners, etc. i can't tell the size, but i'd either do it as a regular satin, or if the stitch width is over 6mm, a flat fill with a satin outline.

best you can do with that file on the embroidery side is use a stiff backing, and hoop tight, but not stretch the fabric if at all possible.

The stuff looks like it has a water resistant back coding it won’t stretch like normal fabric if it does you got a reducer stitch count

Thx. The original file was 9.5k stitching.
I had it redone to 7k - removing zigzag underlay and left with edge underlay. Much better but not ideal.

I’m using magnetic hoop, so it stretches the fabric. The best way I can describe this fabric is what bags are made of. The back is softer and more plastic-like.

You’re right I was paying more attention to the fabric then the stitch on there and the split satin is causing a huge problem bad nothing border without that on this material

I did reduce density. Can't go any lower without affecting the look.
I can only use magnetic hoop on this fabric - manual hoop is painful and too time consuming.
