Job Role:
The Embroidery Supervisor is responsible to oversee all Embroidery operations, which includes scheduling workflow to meet deadlines, directing machine operators and setting work schedules, maintaining design files and keeping workflow organized, and ensuring the equipment is regularly maintenanced. The Embroidery Supervisor is also responsible for the implementation of all policies and procedures as they pertain to Embroidery Department personnel. This position requires an organized team leader who works well with others and knows how to problem solve and schedule jobs accordingly.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
· Monitor and manage all aspects of the embroidery production process
· Develop and monitor daily/weekly/monthly key production measurements to ensure that targets are met for quality and productivity, with minimal misprints
· Communicate with Embroidery Digitizer and/or Marketing when issues present with designs to revise for improved sewing quality and production efficiencies
· Exhibit high quality work and continuously look for ways to improve and promote quality in the department
· Coordinate schedules for routine preventive maintenance on the machines
· Maintain supplies and request supply orders as workflow dictates
· Responsible for the overall performance of department personnel
· Enforce company attendance policies; keep accurate records of each individual’s attendance and tardy records; maintain personnel schedules in time clock system
· Responsible for training new employees and new processes
· Know how to perform all job roles within the department, stepping in when necessary to cover as a backup
