Where do you live? I prefer having a one day ship because I usually need thread quickly and shipping is less especially if you order bigger items like large rolls of backing. Other embroiderers may order at regular intervals and not mind waiting an extra day or two to get a cheaper price on materials. Which supplier you choose will depend somewhat on what thread you use because they don't all carry the same thread.
