Emergency button error

I have an IB-C1201 II embroidery machine. It starts up fine, but gives an emergency button eror No.13 on the screen. I looked in my manual and it has error code No.1 to No.16, but no No.13.
Can anyone give me any pointers as to what could cause this error?
I cannot find anything about it on this forum or on google.

All industrial machines have an emergency stop button, which often need a reset, so it sounds like this has been activated.

I'd check yours to see if it has a mechanical latch and reset it if it does.
Otherwise you could try initialising your machine (according to the manual 'Mode' - '7' - '0' - 'Set'.

Thanks for your help. The button wasn't stuck and I still get the error message, but I can work around it. That will do for now until I get it fixed. I may get a new button and see if that fixes the message
