I found out to unlock the needle case motor on a EMP6 embroidery machine with the
kind service tech. in my area. You have to remove all pieces of thread that is in or
around the bobbin area. After my husband did a real good cleaning , it works like a
charm. The error does not come up on the screen anymore. Hope this can help anyone
with the same problem
