Epilog Laser Driver

I am having issues with an Epilog Legend 36ext laser.
It came with double laser heads, but I need to cut on the whole bed 36x24, so I called Epilog to have them help me. They took me through the process of removing the second head, but when i go into CorelDRAW x5 to print I get a driver error when I make my page bigger than the 18x24 size that it is originally set up. I was on the phone with their Tech support for 2 hours and they wanted everything to be wrong, but their system. Has anyone had similar issues and does anyone know of a fix?
