Expanding Shop Needs Screen Printer

Our screen printing & embroidery shop has been in business since 1997.
We are looking for an exceptional Screen Printer technician able to operate all M&R equipment manual and automatic 1-14 color jobs.

We look for highly motivated individuals who work hard. you will receive an incentive bonus based upon volume at our growing shop. Only applicants with min. 2+ years of printing experience. Must have knowledge of plastisol and water based inks as well as simulated process printing. Printer must be experienced in all aspects of the screen printing process including pre-press screen preparation and operating manual screen printing presses.

Key Responsibilities:
Printing on auto and manual presses.
Screen Preparation -- Exposure direct to screen and Reclaim
Ink Mixing/Color Matching
Quality
Other duties as assigned
Strong attention to detail.
self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Vinyl and Embroidery experience a plus.
