JOB TITLE: Lead Ink / Staging / Expediter

DEPARTMENT(S): Screen Printing

• Regular Full Time (not seasonal)

The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years experience in screen printing. An understanding of art preparation, separations, coating/burning of screens, press setup, ink mixing, registration, loading, offloading, etc. an advantage. Must be a self motivated and be a team player.

English and Spanish will be an advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Stage jobs for press.
• Be responsible for overseeing operational breakdown, setup and run inefficiencies.
• Take over a press when necessary
• Operate the screen room when required

Compensation
• Base Salary: $10-12/hr for a three month review.
