Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
Set-up jobs using digitized media on a thumb drive
Set-up jobs with proper registration, hoop, digitized image, and thread
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion Conduct routine basic cleaning and maintenance on machinery
Keep area clean and organized
Clean and prepare final jobs for client
Count jobs, incoming, print and out going against orders
Write up jobs as needed
Stay on top of orders and follow up with vendor on pending pieces
Discuss production status on each order in daily status meeting
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience with industrial Tajima 4-head machine or similar
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet customer deadlines
Ability to take initiative
Ability to work in a team
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)

High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
Experience with manual and/or automated screen-printing processes and equipment
