We are looking for a motivated and hard working team member that has an upbeat personality to join our growing company. This individual will be responsible for performing hands-on technical screen set-ups and operating the auto and manual presses while maintaining high quality control throughout the production process. Printer must have experience working with an automatic press (M & R).

Responsibilities include:
• Operating an M&R 12 color automatic press efficiently: setup, print, & tear down. Printing manually
• Review work orders to confirm accuracy and print quality (print size, placement, colors, tight registration).
• Mixing Ink – for Pantone & PMS matches
• Reclaiming & Cleaning Screens
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Maintain consistency and quality with a strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to work at an acceptable pace
Minimum 2 years experience in a working screen printing shop MANDATORY.
Experience with Water Discharge inks helpful.
Ideal candidate will be familiar in creating film from art design by using Adobe Illustrate or Coral Draw.

Las responsabilidades seran:
- Operar eficientemente una maquina de 12 colores: Programar, imprimir y desmontar.
- Imprimir a mano
- Revisar las ordenes y verificar la precision y calidad de la impresion(tamaño,lugar, color, registracion)
- Hacer pinturas con el sistema de pinturas Rutland
- Limpiar y reclinear screens
- Buena comunicacion
- Mantener consistencia y calidad con mucha atencion al detalle
- Confiable, puntual y poder trabajar a un paso aceptable.

2 años minimo de experiencia

el candidato ideal deve saber imprimir arte en film de Adobe Illustrador(photoshop) or Corel Draw.
