Position Summary:

Position is responsible for all aspects of screen printing in a well-established and growing shop located in Durham, NC.

Position is being offered as a temporary-to-hire arrangement, with competitive pay, commensurate with work experience.
Garment types include, but are not limited to, uniforms, athletic apparel, dri-fit material, t-shirts, bags, etc. Experience with numbering is preferred, as many of our screen printed materials are athletic apparel.

As we are a small business, you will often be expected to work with little or no supervision. Attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently are skills that are absolutely essential to your success at our company.

Required job qualifications:

Minimum of 1 -- 2 years of screen printing experience.
Excellent work ethic.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Capable of meeting strict deadlines.
Works well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable transportation.

Preferred job experience/qualifications:

Manual press experience, with an understanding of the machinery.
Ability to efficiently troubleshoot problems as they occur.
Reclaiming and burning screens.
Mixing ink.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9-3pm, with some weekend and evening work, as needed.
