Fast Frames?
thinking about purchasing the fast frames 7 in 1. can anyone give me a review of this product? how does it compare to a clamp?

I don't have any clamps but I love my Fast Frames. They are used alot for bags, sleeves, side and back of hats and hard to hoop items. These frames are simple to use and much less expensive then clamps. If you need to hoop heavy items a clamp may be your best bet but for most items Fast Frames work just fine.
