Filbar 450 / Quantum UV Dryer

Very nice Filbar Semi- Automatic Screen Printer along with an excellent UV Dryer. BEST DRYER ON DIGISMITH, Excellent SHAPE Putting it together as a matched set.

Both units are very clean for their age and in full working order. We have decided to exit this portion of the business since it was not our "Core" manufacturing.

The Filbar works on all settings Timed, Full Auto, and Foot Pedal Controlled. It has a fully functional vacumm table that works excellent. It is currently setup on 18x24 coroplast signs. This unit is 110 Volt 16amp. Size 55x47 Table, Medium Size Machine.

It will come with a 4 squeegies (1 UV 80 Durameter Almost NEW, 1 60 Durameter Solvent, Couple of others that need new rubber) , and 3 flood bars different lengths. 2 Partial gallons of UV Ink RED/PURPLE 1200 Series Nazdar. 2 - 380 Mesh for UV Screens, 2 -110 Mesh for Solvent Screens to get you going.

UV DRYER, Excellent condition took years to find one this nice. Fully Functional. It will cure a 36" wide path, however the bulb is wider than this.

This dryer has a new belt on it, HOWEVER I dropped my pipe wrench on the belt, so there is now a hole in a perfect belt that has been patched. It is 240V Single Phase 65 Amp. It has new starter capacitors to light the bulb. The vacumm hold down fans and cooling fans work perfect. The Bulb does have selectable wattage settings. 100, 150, 200 and 300 watts per inch. Belt Speed Dial and display works. The Dryer has been shortened to 8 feet long to fit in smaller spaces and does not affect its usage at all.

COMES WITH A SPARE BULB which came with the dryer when it was originally acquired by this company. Please note there is a hubble 5 pin plug on the dryer which I use to plug into the wall. This will stay with the company and will be taken off the power cord when picked up.
