Default Floriani compared to Bernina Designer V6

How do these 2 compare? I want to buy some digitizing software but would like to have the pros and cons before I invest! Thanks! ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, is there a place to shop for this software that someone might have bought and then decided they didn't want it anymore?

Thanks!

Have just seen your post. I don't know the Floriani, but I use the Bernina software, and I LOVE it. I didn't think the version 5 could be improved on - but they did it. If you have gone for that then you can ask for help anytime.

I did end up buying the Bernina V6. Haven't had much time to really get into it, but what i have used so far, I really think I am going to like it.

Thank you so much for your reply and I am SURE I will have LOTS of questions!

Have a good day and thanks again.

Brenda

I printed out the entire manual (be prepared to go thru' several black and colour cartridges!), so that I could read it when and where I wanted to, without having to switch on the computer each time I wanted to check on something. It also saves jumping between the design page, and the manual page when you ARE working on the computer.
Do you have a home embroidery machine, or an industrial?
