Full-Time Screen Print Production Manager

Job Description:
Now hiring full-time experienced screen printer. The position requires one to oversee all aspects of production, including:

Screen prep/reclaim
Screen/press setup
Operate press
Catch/sort/quality control
Efficiently manage work-flow to meet deadlines and client expectations
Maintain a clean and organized work space

Our Equipment:
We currently work with an M&R StarLight exposure unit, 6-over-4 M&R Kruzer (manual press), M&R Blu-Flash cure unit, and M&R Economax D conveyor dryer. All equipment is well maintained and in great working condition. We are currently in the market for an automatic press. Experience with manual and automatic equipment is preferred.

About Ink Alley:
We opened for business in the heart of downtown Lincoln in the fall of 2015. Currently, both co-owners are the the sole full-time employees at the shop. We are both in our late 20s, from the Lincoln area, and University of Nebraska graduates. After a promising and extremely busy first year, we are excited to grow our business with the addition of a full-time production manager.

As a business, our primary focus is our customers. We genuinely believe that if we strive to make every client interaction a positive experience we will continue to be successful.
