Garment Pricing Struggles

With the rising cost of cotton, and the cost changing every few weeks; I'd like to know how others are handling mark-ups of the garments before decorating.

I've been struggling with marking up by percentage lately because of the big jumps we've seen in our cost in the last year.

We've typically been able to mark-up tees 100% without issue, but now it seems that a flat dollar amount may be the better solution. What are you currently doing and have you had to change your mark-up method because of the higher costs?
