Question Gas Dryers

Hi All,

Forgive my limited knowledge of the technicals, but I was wondering if you could give me any recommandations on a gas dryer.

I need a dryer, but one that runs on bottle gas (propane) not city service natural gas. I have seen converted replacement burners that will turn a natural gas dryer into running on propane, but wasn't sure if anyone knew of any manufacturers that sold them all ready for propane.

Hopefully you all followed that. lol

The only dryer I have looked at is an Adelco Jet-Force, it seems a little overkill, and a little expensive, but they again I have no basis for comparison when it comes to price, as I just started looking. I know gas dryers are more (considerably more) expensive than electric, but just how much more? I don't want to get screwed! I need something light-mid volume as I only have an 8/8 manual press.

Thanks all for your input.

Check out the Heatwave from M&R. It will run on propane or natural gas. You can find it on our web site www.mrprint.com
