Thanks for the catch. I will post the correct plate on Monday. to my knowledge they weren't making these machines in 99. The rest of the pictures are correct.

This machine has been reconditioned. When we recondition Pneumatic Machines these actions are performed:

All Proximity Switches are solid wired (all splices removed)

The indexer is serviced and the cylinder operates smoothly with all shock functions at 100%.

All screen lock, chopper and stroke cylinders function 100% with no leaks.

The CPU battery is replaced.

Pallets are recovered with new tops.

All Mac Valves are in perfect operating condition.

The Air Train is serviced and 100% Functional.

All Cam Followers are inspected and replaced as needed.

Registration Forks are measured for wear and replaced if needed.

Clevis Assembly is measured for wear and replaced if needed.

Micro Register functions are lubricated and adjusted

All moving parts are cleaned and re-lubricated with manufacturer's spec grease/oil.

All Safety Cords are checked and in good operating condition.

Cooling fans are either cleaned or replaced

The internal air tank is drained and checked for water/ rust, if either are present, then additional inspections of the Mac Valves and Cylinders ids initiated.

Before we take a machine in the carousel is completely checked for play in the bushings. (this is a very expensive item to repair and we do't take these in with worn bushings). We are not selling a project when our machines are offered, these are 100% ready to go to work when delivered and set up.

The difference can be huge when buying a machine that needs a few things (that turn out to cost thousands of dollars and missed delivery deadlines) and getting a "print ready" press that requires a single visit from a technician to start up and print shirt a day or two after delivery.

The serial number is on the attached pictures. This is as fine of starter automatic as can be purchased for the money. More printers have made the jump to automatic printing with these than any other machine. These presses are reliable, inexpensive, fast, easy to learn and independent technician are all over for these machines.

We keep nearly every part in stock for this press.

The pictures were taken today on our shop floor.
