What version is your Generations software? And, is it transferable to another owner with Generations parent company approving this?

It is version 1.4 I have seen on the web site they do have downloadable upgrades for it. I also have a call and email into the company with the question of transferablility. I'm glad that you brought that to my attention. I hadn't really thought about that. I'm hoping this isnt going to be a problem I know that Dakota Collectibles allows it so hopefully generations will also. I will post an update as soon as I hear something from generations.

If you bought and paid for the software it is yours to do with it what you want as long as you don't make copies and sale the copies. Which would be hard to do since the program takes a dongle to run it. Thats is my opinion on it anyways.

UPDATE!!!! ok chicky57 I have gotten an answer from the generations software Rep. himself. The software is fully transferable. He has filled out a transfer paper and sent it to the office to be sent out. They are checking to see if the lost dongle coverage is also transferable. He wasn't sure on that part as that was an extra addition. So rest at ease if you were to get this program it comes with the support you may need. Hope this answers your question. Thanks Karen
