For Sale: Custom Manufactured “Mashers” from George Knight – These in-line machines were custom manufactured for a screen-printing carousal press, where the squeegee air cylinder valve would trigger the lift of the support bars to the bottom of the printing pallet to allow some cool techniques including (Heat Tap ink smoothing, cold peel shiny tap prints, foiling and other very cool print techniques to be done as part of the printing process instead of off-line) These machines were manufactured in 2 different size heat elements (3) of the machines have a 17” x 23” Heat Element and then (1) of the machines has a 24” x 29” heat element, I’ve also listed a few notes in regards to the machines:
• Adjustable feet, allows to adjust the height of the press to ensure it is properly level and brings the pallet to the heating element
• Industrial IR Cylinder which has a max PSI of 250 psi we would typical run the machine at a 120 psi, this cylinder controls the lift of the support bars that raise the support pallet which would apply pressure to the bottom of your printing pallet for the time that was set by your squeegee print delay
• Manual Foot control if you wanted to use this off-line
• George Knight Control Board, allows you to control the times for printing off-line, and control you heat temp which these heating elements are rated up to 450 degrees and have consistent temp
