Getting into embroidery

If you purchase a used machine, where do you go to learn how to operate it? Happy in particular.

I did my research before i bought a RiCOMA and take my word. they have come a long way with new innovations that other brands don't have.

Did you take their on-site or on-line training? I am looking at the RCM-1201PT.
