Can't buy rolls of mesh, very few Newman rollers here, or stretching tables etc, all statics. I want to change that!

Take a trip to Japan and suddenly you will feel real advanced again. As I set up my shop in 2005 hardly anyone has heard of a carousel type press. Screens are stretched to lousy 12N if you are lucky and ripped off the frame after one job just to be re-stretched for the next job. The sales rep that came to our shop last week was surprised that we don't follow this path. As I pointed to our roller frames he asked what we do in case of ghost images. He questioned as well if it is really faster to recycle a screen instead of just glueing new mesh on the frame. Well somehow he figured we won't be doing any business with him.
