GS1501 Pantograms/Avance Control Panel LED

I have a 2014 GS1501 Embroidery machine that has never given me any issues until last month. The LED Control Panel quit. I've replaced the battery & tested the power switch, power supply, etc... all is well - the control panel screen nor any of the buttons work.
Besides for Coldesi (outrageous cost!!) I cannot find a replacement control panel anywhere online.
Anyone with experience know how to get one that's not thousands of dollars?
I'm located in Hardee County Florida (Central Florida)

Connector with red,black,brown,yellow wires.

If you check with an voltmeter between black(normally must be -minus) and red,brown,yellow,is any voltage ?
I will ask an friend of mine from China about panel.

The machine was produced by Ricoma,customer requested to be produced without RICOMA logo on identification plate,or panel.
