Happy HCA 1201 40 TTC one head 12 needle. All steel Japanese machine. Everything works on this machine accept for a Pulse motor Drive board. If you can find a board for it than it works perfectly. It will reach speeds up to 1200spm. If you have some of these machines already and have spare parts for them it would make a great addition.

It would also make a great parts donor for anyone who already has theses machines and wants to keep them running for many more years.

We have replaced it with a newer model so we need to sell this one to make room.

Includes: full manual. Digital Parts Manual.
All sizes of hoops.
Cap driver, cap hoops 270 degree and standard front.
The floppy has been converted to USB

We are located in Ontario Canada. Buyer pays for shipping. Weighs about 400lbs.

Greetings, what I put does it have? Floppy ? Compact flash?
What is the arm sash width? I would like to use it for jacketbacks and would like the 11x13 magnetic hoops
I have had happy since 1990

The machine has the largest sewing field available. It is a full size machine and will take full sized Jacket back hoops 15 X 18. It has been converted to USB as you can see in the pictures and can also be direct connected if you have the happy software. I can give you the name of a guy who can repair the pulse motor board. I just never bothered because I am replacing it with a new Tajima 1501. You can contact me on my direct email [email address]

Can someone please help i need a ROM or the Firmware file for a Happy HCA-1201-40TTC machine.

I have a blank EPROM that i can copy the code to. I'm just finding it very hard to locate the firmware.
